This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. They were always available and had a genuine smile on their faces. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in the center of a charming pedestrian area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities such as a safe and TV in every room, which was a nice touch. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and definitely set me up for the day ahead.

We spent a fabulous family vacation ideally located for exploring. It's easy to explore many major attractions by car and nearby theme parks. We enjoyed well-appointed apartments with comfortable beds, large modern bathrooms, plenty of space, and well-stocked kitchens. the staff are wonderful and very helpful, with easy parking in an underground garage. There are plenty of restaurants and shops, and the Thursday market was impressive. Highly recommended for an affordable and enjoyable family vacation.

The crockery was a little limited for larger groups.

Our Easter stay was a blast! the newly-renovated hotel offers the latest standard of rooms that are new, comfortable, and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the peaceful and charming ambiance of the small Italian town where it is located, and the location was perfect for exploring Verona and the surrounding area around Lake Garda. the friendly staff added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel at home.

We wished that the kitchen was cleaner and better stocked with the necessary equipment for cooking. we were not able to find a comfortable place to relax in the restaurant.
